Sunday Worship Services

We’d love to have you join us Sundays at 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM!

Where is the church?
Our address is 4N780 Randall Road, St Charles, IL 60175, which is the intersection of Randall and Crane roads. Two churches are near that intersection, and we're the church to the north.

What should I expect when I arrive?
Expect to be greeted by staff and volunteers who are happy to direct you around the building and answer questions. We want you to feel at home even if it’s been a while since you’ve been to a church or perhaps you’ve never been. Some people dress up and others dress casually. Feel free to wear what’s comfortable for you, and you’ll fit right in.

What is the worship service like?
Our worship services last around 75 minutes and have two primary goals: to worship God together and to encourage one another in our faith. We typically begin with a call to worship or a brief reading from Scripture, and then we sing together. We enjoy a variety of ancient and modern liturgical readings and prayers in our services. Our sermons are expository, which means we don’t preach our own ideas but seek to explain what the Bible teaches and apply it to our lives. We also observe the Lord’s Supper together weekly in our worship services.

What is the music like?
Creativity, art, and beauty through music help stir our affections for God which is why there are over 400 references to singing in Scripture. We have a team of musicians who lead our worship music each week with an emphasis on the congregational singing of freshly written songs as well as some older hymns. When the Bible describes worship, there are a variety of emotional responses from mourning and lament to joyful, exuberant celebration. We can’t have every appropriate emotional response in every service, but over time we do seek to include songs that cover a broad range of affections in worship. The easiest way for you to see what our services are like before attending is to watch past services.
We also have two Spotify Playlists that can help you learn the songs we sing together.

What is available for children?
Children are always welcome to sit with parents in services, or they can attend a New Covenant Kids class where we teach truths from the Bible through age-appropriate curriculum in a safe environment. During the 9:00 service Little New Covenant Kids classes are available for infants through 4 year olds. At 10:45 New Covenant Kids classes are available for infants through those in 5th grade. For more information please visit our New Covenant Kids page.
